What is "flow" in rap?

I'm kind of a new rap fan, and I've heard other people talk about
"flow" in rap before. I just have no idea what it is.

So...what is it? And what makes some flow good and some flow bad? If
you could, could you also provide examples of good and bad flow? That
will probably help me understand.
